The Improve Group gives back and gives thanks for 15 years of helping others make a greater impact in their communities. Leah Goldstein Moses founded The Improve Group in 2000 with a vision to improve mission-driven programs and organizations. Fifteen years later, her vision remains strong and is shared by the dedicated staff at The Improve Group.

To commemorate this milestone, June 8 is dedicated to a day of service and celebration. During the work day, our entire team is volunteering at three local organizations: Ronald McDonald House, Dress for Success, and The Minnesota Literacy Council. Our celebration continues into the evening by connecting with colleagues, family and friends at the 15 Year Anniversary party.

“This event celebrates our vision to help mission-driven organizations develop meaningful, sustained impact. It reflects our history of giving back to the community, and brings us together with the people who made today possible.”  - Leah Goldstein Moses, President and CEO.

“As we greet the next 15 years, we are excited to launch a website that represents our values of inclusiveness and creativity. This new website is accessible, approachable and embodies our spirit of bringing joy to our work.” - Leah Goldstein Moses, President and CEO.

Our 15th Anniversary coincides with the International Year of Evaluation, which symbolizes the spread of awareness and knowledge about evaluation globally. We are fortunate to be part of the thriving and renowned evaluation community here in Minnesota. We look forward to celebrating our 15th Anniversary with this community. Ready. Set. Improve!
