Moira is excited to contribute to The Improve Group’s joyful approach to evaluation, which she sees as a tool to influence and change things for the better. She has 25 years of experience in research, financial analysis, and evaluation, and brings deep experience in the banking, government, and non-profit sectors through her professional and volunteer background. Moira has led projects evaluating public policy efforts around affordable housing, supportive housing, and disparities for children of color.

Outside of work, Moira enjoys reading, especially biographies and about the topics of history, world affairs, and politics. She enjoys her spirituality and exploring the world through travel, new cuisine, and learning about different cultures and religions.
