Senior Consultant
In her role as a Senior Consultant, Courtney Clingan demonstrates her favorite aspect of evaluation work: problem-solving on diverse topics with her clients and teammates. This strength includes working with clients to identify needs, develop research plans and protocols, and execute data collection, analysis and reporting with an eye toward deriving meaningful results. She is especially skilled at mixed-method evaluations that complement qualitative and quantitative techniques.
