As we are looking forward to our new office, we are very excited to share our new community room with all of you! We designed our space wanting it to be a hub for people doing important work to make communities better. As we get ready to open it to the public, we want to know what needs our space can fill for you!
This new space can be configured in multiple ways to support different types of events. To give you a sense of the size, it will seat approximately 35 people classroom-style.

OVP’s model is based on the belief that to empower thriving, self-reliant communities we must empower communities to meet their own basic needs, train local leaders, and create new opportunities focused on women.

Young people in foster care often face extraordinary struggles as they transition to independent living. Without access to essential support systems, youth leaving the foster care system become more prone to homelessness, unemployment, incarceration, and physical or mental illness. Young people are also difficult to track after they leave the foster care system, making it challenging to follow their stories or understand their unique needs as they transition into adulthood.
