We all have capacity to be leaders in our organizations and communities. Whether through positional leadership or through the actions we take in our everyday lives, leadership defines our work and directs the change taking place in our communities.

Leaders of all levels and backgrounds will be essential to building future leadership inspired and supported by our past successes and traditions. At this day-long gathering attendees will be able to dialogue about personal and organizational change. We'll refresh our knowledge, focus on key values, recognize current trends and create a stronger community of nonprofit leaders.

The Nonprofit Leadership Conference is co-hosted by the Public and Nonprofit Leadership Center (PNLC) at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN).

The Improve Group will be presenting in the following session at this year's event:

Older Workers: Assets and Opportunities:

This session reviews planned research, highlighting how workers 50-70, can positively impact Minnesota economically, socially and physically. Tools, resources and processes to attract, train and retain older workers will be shared, inviting nonprofit employers and employees to re-think the work-life continuum.

PresentersLeah Goldstein Moses, Founder & CEO, The Improve Group and Mary Jo Schifsky, Founder, GenSync
