We all know something about evaluation. But are you unsure what it really is? Unsure how it could be used in the nonprofit setting?

Evaluation gives insights about our work, stories to share with others and ideas to strengthen our practice. Done thoughtfully, evaluation provides the chance to engage stakeholders in new and meaningful ways. Join the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits to learn how to incorporate evaluation into your work.

This half-day evaluation workshop hosted by The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits will combine presentation, activities and group consulting/problem-solving, for an interactive, informative and fun session!

Lead by The Improve Group's Leah Goldstein Moses, the learning objectives for this workshop include:

  • Understanding when to use evaluation for your programs
  • Learning how evaluation can benefit your organization, including leveraging resources and improving programs and services
  • Getting the basics on different strategies and options in evaluation – consider what kinds best suit your organization or program needs
  • Getting to know your peers in a fun and collaborative setting

Participants will leave this workshop armed with an evaluation framework for their organization and resources to dig deeper.

Fees:

$50 for MCN members / $75 for nonmembers
