Survey Participant Tracker
For Russell Barnes, joining The Improve Group is an exciting professional and personal opportunity. He brings unique insight as the Survey Participant Tracker for the Minnesota Youth in Transition Database, which tracks youth aging out of foster care into adulthood. He spent seven years in Minnesota’s foster care system himself, and hopes to use his own experience and his personable and communication skills to make close connections with survey participants. Russell also works as a freelance copywriter and content creator. A recovering journalist, he’s previously worked for multiple news organizations throughout the Midwest.
