Kamaladevy studied and worked in the non-profit sector and for the United Nations Development Program in Latin America for eight years. Her experience in programming fueled her commitment to strengthening accountability and transparency in development and social service programs—and she shifted her professional focus to providing evaluation consulting to organizations across the globe. Her passion for social accountability shapes her role at The Improve Group, where she works to enhance organizations’ reporting and transparency mechanisms.

Beyond the Bio

Kamaladevy came to the Twin Cities for higher education, but more than a school, she found a home. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and salsa dancing, and finds comfort in her faith and traveling.
