As The Improve Group’s office manager, Jacqueline is always thinking ahead to provide tools that make co-workers more efficient. She is both responsive to employee needs and proactive about ways to make the office run more smoothly and happily. Jacqueline’s cheery, upbeat attitude underlies all of her interactions, even as she balances multiple priorities throughout the office. In a previous position, she even won the “People" award for embodying the kind of employee values, work ethic, and integrity that her former company sought.
