Derek Hazeltine brings nearly 30 years of non-profit and association experience to The Improve Group. As Chief Operating Officer, Derek is responsible for successfully identifying and implementing strategies that lead to operational efficiencies, financial growth, and a healthy work environment. Working in partnership with other functional leaders, he will lead change within The Improve Group and ensure that resources, policies, and procedures realize their full potential.
