He has strong interests in utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to influence policy and solve complex problems.

Outside of the Improve Group, Chou’s hobbies take up much of his time.  He is a rockhound, enjoys studio pottery, drawing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.  When he can, he enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures.
