Ashley brings five years of research consulting work and a Ph.D. in Family Social Science to her work at The Improve Group. She has extensive experience in parent-child relationships, youth mentoring, public health, and education. In addition to her research work, she also has more than five years of experience as an educator ranging from elementary special education to undergraduate classes. She is most excited to continue to serve the community and make the world better through the power of evaluation in her role at The Improve Group.

Beyond the Bio

Ashley is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys baking sourdough bread and making her own pasta. On the weekends you can find her running around the many Minnesota lakes and taking her French Bulldog, Kimchi, to the dog park with her husband. She is also an avid supporter of the Twin Cities improv comedy and theater scene.
